Casa Ilongga boasts of an authentic foodline that is basically Ilonggo in origin yet did not limit its clientelle to the Ilonggo’s. The most famous of which is the “La Paz Batchoy.” Through the years, Casa Ilongga has developed its own followers who would like to savor the comfort foods of the Ilonggos such as Cadios, Kansi, Pancit Molo, Tambu, Laswa, and on the grill selection; Sinugba na Pantat, Stuffed Lumot, Liempo and own version Chicken Inasal.
