Iloilo Scholastic Academy (怡朗新华学院) or ISA is a formal educational institution that is duly recognized and strictly complies with the curriculum prescribed, by the Department of Education of the Philippines (DepEd).  It started April 2004 at A. Luna St., Lapaz, Iloilo City, Philippines 5000 and has made a huge impact to society with the quality education that they offer.
