a Blessed day! I'm Annabelle Yasa Buison from Kalibo, Aklan..nagkaron po kasi ako ng problema sa passport ko..Nawala po without getting my passport number and that's the thing that limit's me para makapg renew.Issued po sya in ILO-ILO  CITY last 2001 or 2002.

My name is Brita hektoen, and I am the employer of Joebel Dapat, the daughter of your patient Mrs. Dapat. Joebel has been with us for a year, and the last month she has been very worried about her mother, that is hospitalized at your hospital after having a stoke. The information that she is getting is not complete, and as she is far away from the Philipines (we live in Spain) it is not easy for her to tackle. We would very much like to get a more complete picture on how she is doing, and when she can come out of the hospital.

Also it would be important to know which costs will be involved in her future recoverment, as Joebel is earning momey in Europe, but is sending everything back to the Philipines.
