Started in 1997 with spouses Jessie and Sally Genoveza. The name Sabor Ilonggo come from a spanish word means “taste” and Ilonggo refers to the Ilonggo people. Sabor Ilonggo specializes in native kakanin, like baye-baye, suman, ibos, kalamayhati and many more. Also, Ilonggo native delicacies, like bandi, botong-botong, pinagsugbo and a lot.
